Platinum Portraits & Fine Art Photography functions as an art photography studio in Austin, TX which also provides portraiture services for its clients. We have more than 50 years combined experience photographing subjects and 14 years experience managing our own darkroom. We process our own black & white film and prints. Additionally, we mix our own chemicals and coat papers for our platinum prints.

Unless otherwise indicated, the images on this site are photographic prints, scanned for use on the website. We feel that some of the inherent qualities and details of the original prints are lost when scanning and viewing on a computer. Additionally, every computer reads the file and displays it differently. These images are meant to be representational of our work, not exact replicas.
